How to Play — 3 Steps
- 1Pick 9 teams — one from each of the 8 divisions (a 1, 2, 3, and 4-seed from both the AFC and NFC), plus 1 Wild Card (any 4-seed not already on your roster).
- 2Seeds are set by playoff odds — 1st is the best odds in that division, 4th the worst. Better seed = more points per win.
- 3Earn points all season — regular-season wins, then bigger flat bonuses for each playoff round your teams survive, all the way to the Super Bowl.

Every team is ranked 1st–4th within its own division based on that team's odds to make the playoffs. Better odds = lower (better) seed number.
| Result | Formula | 4-Seed Example |
|---|---|---|
| Win | Seed × 1 pt | 4 × 1 = 4 pts |
| Tie | Seed × 0.5 pt | 4 × 0.5 = 2 pts |
| Loss | 0 pts | 0 pts |
Strategy tip: a Wild Card pick scores as a "5-seed" (5 pts/win) — a small bonus since it's drawn from the whole league. A 4-seed that goes 10-7 scores 40 points from the regular season alone.

Seeds no longer set the win value — it's flat and cumulative. The #1 seed in each conference gets bye credit instead of playing a Wild Card game.
| Milestone | Running Total |
|---|---|
| Make the playoffs | 15 |
| #1 seed bye bonus (+10) | 25 |
| Win Wild Card round (#1 seed auto-credited) | 40 (30 for non-#1) |
| Win Divisional round | 60 |
| Win Conference Championship | 90 |
| Win Super Bowl | 140 |
No points are gained or lost for a loss itself — you keep what you've earned. Example: a 4-seed that goes 10-7 and loses in the Wild Card round scores 40 + 15 = 55 pts. A #1 seed that goes 13-4 and wins the Super Bowl scores 13 + 140 = 153 pts.
